JJB Consulting, Inc. is seeking to acquire Entry Level Junior Consultants to add to our ever expanding business sales consulting team. This position will introduce as well as educate all individuals in the marketing, sales, and human resource aspects of our company.
Here at JJB Consulting, Inc., we work with various companies whom are leaders in their respective industries. Our Middleburg Heights office works with the largest natural gas / energy solution provider in both North America and Canada. Our client's have highly reputable expectations, therefore we will only consider candidates whom exhibit the ability to maintain the credible reputation that has continued to make us successful for the past 5 years.
All Junior Consultants have the opportunity to advance within the company, depending on individual performance and reliability for JJB Consulting, into the Team Lead role. With the advancement to the Team Lead role, additional responsibilities will be introduced, including; interviewing and training for current staff members. We look for individuals with not only a necessary marketing mindset, but also the ability to teach, train and develop others as well. This position involves business to business in person sales to customers.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. We provide full paid training. Individuals will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of Client Management, Business Sales and Marketing Management, Account Management, Leadership, Interviewing, Training, Team Development & Management (Coaching & Mentoring), Business Consulting, Business Administration and Human Resources.
